“Terres Fortes” red 2023 is certified Organic (FR-BIO-01) and High Level 3 Environmental Value (HVE3). Typed “Cabernet frank”, structured and well made, this Saumur red is made with frankness, precision and without artifice. From a selection meticulously carried out in the plot of the Domaine called "Les Garennes", it was the subject of gentle vinification by infusion of the berries for about fifteen days, then it was aged in stainless steel vats until bottling early, at the end of February 2024, to preserve all its aromas and its beautiful freshness. Medium intensity ruby color, mouth delicate and beautiful fullness, intense aromatic expression and delicate fresh red fruits (raspberry, strawberry and cherry), notes spicy, toasted and chocolate, soft tannins. Elegant wine, wine ideal pleasure to accompany red and white meats, summer barbecue, cold meats, fish in sauce and cheeses. He enjoy without delay, slightly refreshed, but can wait quietly for several years in your cellar.
