Typical “Cabernet franc”, this red Saumur Tradition, structured and well made, is produced in stainless steel vats with frankness, precision and without artifice. We discover a basket of red fruits with spicy notes. It can be eaten without waiting but can, if you are patient, age quietly for several years. It comes from a vineyard in the 3rd year of Conversion to Organic Agriculture (FR-BIO-01) and labeled High Environmental Value level 3 (HVE3).
