Accustomed to Gold, L'Amarante is the Prestige Saumur rouge from our Domaine certified "In conversion to organic farming" and "High Environmental Value level 3" in 2021. The cuvée was aged in new oak barrels at fine grains and low heating. Its structure is well balanced. Its tannins are silky. Her dress is intense. Its concentrated aromas of red fruits and black cherry with spicy notes, licorice and chocolate give it elegance and power. It can be enjoyed immediately. The most patient can wait a few years before unblocking it.
