This beautiful vintage comes from a farm in conversion to organic farming and certified as High Environmental Value level 3 since 2021. Made from a blend of red Saumurs aged separately in stainless steel vats and oak barrels, it is smooth and delicious, balanced and well-made, elegantly combining intense aromas of red fruits and spicy notes of black pepper, cloves, cocoa and fresh mint.
