Always well rated, L'Amante is the "Signature" Saumur blanc of our Domaine certified from 2021 "In Conversion to organic farming" and "High Environmental Value" level 3. The cuvée is 100% Chenin, the emblematic grape variety of the Loire. Generous and powerful, this dry white Saumur is the fruit of a certain audacity. Its color is bright and intense, its aromatic palette complex: exotic fruits (pineapple, banana and lychee), stone fruits (peach and apricot), pome fruits (apple and quince), citrus (lime) with white flower notes, tobacco and black tea. Its structure is well balanced, of good breadth and lovely freshness. It was aged in new fine-grained oak barrels with low heating. L’Amante can be enjoyed now.
