"Terres Fortes" 2024 is our Saumur red "Pleasure" wine, certified organic (FR-BIO-01) and High Environmental Value (HVE3), a typical Cabernet Franc. Awarded 3 stars as a "Coup de Coeur" (favorite), it is described in the 2027 Hachette Wine Guide as follows: "Opening with intense and flavorful fruit aromas of small red berries, this Saumur unfolds with finesse on the nose. We are also charmed by its palate, which is at once delicate, fleshy, supple, and fresh, with notes of fig, cherry, and red bell pepper, its harmony, and its sheer clarity. The perfect pleasure wine, irresistibly delicious. Peak drinking window: 2026-2030." Serve at around 16-18°C with barbecues, white and red meats, charcuterie, or cheeses.
