“Terres Fortes” rosé 2023 is certified Organic (FR-BIO-01) and High Level 3 Environmental Value (HVE3). This dry rosé Saumur comes from a plot selection from our Domaine called “Les Carousseaux” where we found the fruity Cabernet that we wanted to offer you. Harvested at optimal maturity and delicately pressed, it was aged in stainless steel vats until it was placed in bottle which we wanted early to better enhance aromatic freshness. Open nose, pale pink color and luminous, elegance, suppleness and beautiful finish, notes of red fruits (cherry and strawberry) and grapefruit, floral note rose, intense scents. It will be the highlight of your aperitifs and meals summer. Generous and fruity, it will accompany your barbecues, salads and desserts. Serve young and well chilled.
