“Terres Fortes” Anjou 2023 is certified Organic Agriculture (FR-BIO-01) and High Environmental Value level 3 (HVE3). This semi-dry Saumur rosé comes from a plot of our Estate called “Les Carousseaux” where we found the fruity Cabernet that we wanted to offer you. Harvested at optimal maturity and delicately pressed, it was aged in stainless steel vats until bottling, which we wanted early to better enhance its aromatic freshness. Fresh, fruity and delicious; pale pink dress; nose developing a symphony of red fruits that you will find in the mouth on the sweetness of its finish. Full of charm, it seduces with its flexibility. Round in attack, followed by a slight liveliness, its aromatic intensity and balance will leave an impression on your taste buds. Drink young and fresh.
