"Terres Fortes" 2024 is our Cabernet d'Anjou, certified organic (FR-BIO-01) and High Environmental Value (HVE3). This semi-dry Saumur rosé comes from a plot on our estate called "Les Carousseaux," where we discovered the fruity Cabernet we wanted to offer you. Harvested at optimal ripeness and gently pressed, it was aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling, which we opted for early to best extract its aromatic freshness. Fresh, fruity, and luscious; pale pink in color; a nose that unfolds a symphony of red fruits, echoed on the palate with its smooth finish. Full of charm, it seduces with its suppleness. Round on the attack, followed by a delicate vivacity, its aromatic intensity and balance will leave a lasting impression on your taste buds. Best enjoyed young and chilled.
